This product is cheap complete junk for the price. Mine arrived with a broken base, and therefore could not be used. It is extraordinarily fragile.
Apparently they do not take returns, because their mail box was full and you cannot leave a message. Stay clear of this crap.

This is one of the nicest small waterfalls I have ever had, and I have had some. I find two problems with most small waterfalls. The first is that you hear the pump more than you hear the sound of the water. Second, the trickle of water is so low that it isn't soothing, rather it just makes me want to pee. This fountain has a very pleasing sound because it has a water flow that is more than a trickle of water. If you can only have a small size fountain--the larger version of this is even better but is larger and more expensive--then don't waste your time with the other ones. Otherwise, it did take some time to get the pump attached and through the little hole as because of the size, the access port in the back is small and hard to work with larger hands. It took me some time and frustration to set up but once set up was great.
