I've owned this treak bench roughly 2 months and its metal basket is covered in rust. However, after contacting the supplier, they immediately sent me a replacement basket. I appreciate the excellent customer service and quick reply to my e-mail (within 24 hours); I would not hestitate to buy from them again since they stand behind their product. I order this for my father. I have had a FRONTGATE teak corner seat for myself for 2 years that has been a quality bathe fixture. This seat from AMAZON looked very similar to my FRONTGATE but about $15.00 less plus free shipping made it a easy decision to buy. The seat arrived within 4 days of placing my order during the holiday season! I expected to spend time to assemble the four legs, but was happy to discover the legs were installed. After comparing the two seats my first impression is the quality of teak is very similiar, but the attention to craftmanship tops the Frontgate. Unlike Frontgate all the fasteners holes have wooden plugs. There are no open holes or exposed metal bolts/nuts to be seen. Of course this is the underside of the seat and not seen by the eye when using this product. Maybe not important to most,but old time craftmanship is appreciated in this home. It is crafted in Indonesia.
